This paper introduces the current state of research on hybrid metasurfaces fabricated by transferring single-layer graphene or tungsten disulfide (WS2) onto Si metasurfaces. This method enables the extension to various two-dimensional materials by controlling multipole and toroidal modes within Mie resonators, making it widely applicable for the optoelectronic applications of two-dimensional nanomaterials.
