Electron spin dynamics,Bulk n-AlGaAs
In III-V semiconductors, the spin ensemble of lattice nuclei has a significant influence on electron spin dynamics via the hyperfine interaction. Through the observation of two-stage dynamics in the nuclear field BN (the effective magnetic field induced by nuclear spin polarization) in bulk n-AlGaAs, we have previously demonstrated that the nuclear spin ensemble interacting with electrons consists of two subgroups: nuclear spins near the electron localization sites and those in the surrounding regions . In this study, we report the multi-Larmor frequencies from time-resolved Kerr rotation (TRKR) measurements. By a series of experiments, we attribute the high-frequency component to strongly localized electrons and the low-frequency component to weakly localized electrons.
