Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 ternary single crystals were grown by the One-Charge Bridgman (OCBM) method, and the effects of post-poling heat treatments conducted between room temperature, the phase transition temperature (Tpc), and the Curie temperature (Tc) were systematically investigated.
The dielectric and piezoelectric responses after heat treatment were examined under direct-current poling (DCP), alternating-current poling (ACP), and alternating-current poling followed by direct-current poling (ACP-DCP) conditions, providing valuable insights into optimizing poling and heat-treatment processes for improved temperature stability.
