Organic-inorganic hybrid ferroelectrics are piezoelectric materials with high piezoelectric voltage constants g33, and materials with morphotropic phase boundary compositions are expected to offer further performance improvements. In this study, powders of the TMCM1-xTMAx-FeCl4 ferroelectric system, which is composed of [Me3NCH2Cl]FeCl4 and [Me4N]FeCl4 as end members, were synthesized using a mechanochemical method enabling rapid single-phase synthesis. Furthermore, high-dense pellets were fabricated by hot pressing the synthesized powders, and their dielectric properties were evaluated.
