[16p-W8E_307-8]B-H curve evaluation of Fe-Ga single crystals grown by vertical Bridgman method

We have grown Fe-Ga magnetostrictive alloy single crystals that can be used for magnetostrictive vibration power generation for IoT (Internet of Things) using the vertical Bridgman (VB) method. Using these crystals, we developed a unique processing technique for Fe-Ga plates by surface grinding to stabilize the power output of vibration power generation devices. However, since it is unclear how much stress should be applied when designing devices, we evaluated the B-H curve under stress application and report the results.
