超伝導ストリップ光子検出器は、従来は光子の到来の有無のみを検出するON-OFF型の光子検出器として開発されてきた。しかし近年、出力信号波形の詳細な解析によって、本来的に光子数分解能を備えることが実証され、低ジッタの光子数分解検出器としても注目されつつある。本研究では、窒化ニオブチタンを用いた超伝導マイクロストリップ光子検出器を開発し、波長1550 nmにおける光子数分解特性について検証したので報告する。
