THz-FMCW radar, which is expected to be applied for non-contact, non-destructive measurement, faced challenges in achieving high accuracy below 0.1 mm and reducing computational processing load for real-time measurement. To address this, we investigated improving ranging accuracy using phase information from a single frequency bin, achieving this by correcting the phase after DFT based on various characteristics. This report details the feasibility of the measurement method by presenting pulse measurement as an example of high-precision displacement measurement.
