Thermal expansion coefficient (α) and dn/dT of 5-mol% Mg-doped congruent LiNbO3 from 125 K to 475 K were studied for the design of the quasi phase maching device under cryogenic condition. α along X-axis and extraordinal dn/dT under 125K were 7.19×10-6/K and 1.73×10-5/K, respectively.
