To realize an IoT society, flexible and lightweight organic integrated circuits with high computational processing capabilities are required. To address this, we have aimed to overcome the von Neumann bottleneck by employing multi-valued logic operations and a Logic-in-Memory (LIM) structure using anti-ambipolar transistor (AAT) that feature a PN junction within the channel layer. This presentation reports on the realization of reconfigurable multi-valued LIM operations achieved by integrating non-volatile memory with ternary logic circuit.
