This study aimed to enhance the mobility and photoresponse of the polymer semiconductor DPP-DTT by adding C3N5 nanosheets. Experimental results confirmed a 2.1-fold increase in mobility due to improved packing and an increase in photoresponse (threshold voltage shift) due to enhanced exciton separation following the addition of 3% C3N5. Furthermore, evaluation of the internal electric field using the EFI-SHG method suggested that trapping of photoexcited electrons is the primary cause of the threshold voltage variation.
