We investigated the conditions for the process we previously reported which simultaneously fabricating the three layers of the hole transport layer, perovskite light absorption layer, and electron transport layer in the inverted perovskite solar cell, aiming to improve the photoelectric conversion performance. By changing the concentration of the charge transport material, we sought conditions under which charge separation could be achieved without impairing the charge diffusion length in the perovskite layer. Then, we also examined the spin-coating conditions for the hole blocking layer formed between the perovskite layer and the electrode.
