In reduced-temperature perovskite film deposition via bar-coating, a trade-off exists between ensuring liquid film stability and crystal growth time. This study proposes a fluid control strategy based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, establishing a physical design guideline in which circulation within the meniscus suppresses supersaturation. By inhibiting nucleation and regulating solute supply via this circulation, we successfully achieved both full coverage and giant domain growth at 100°C. Consequently, a conversion efficiency of 16.5% was achieved, demonstrating the effectiveness of this hydrodynamics-based approach for high-quality thin-film fabrication.
