Inorganic materials (TiO2, SnO2, and Sb2O3) were investigated as stable electron transport layers for inverted perovskite solar cells, fabricated via pressure gradient sputtering. Band structure analysis revealed that TiO2 exhibits favorable energetic alignment (spike structure) with the perovskite absorber. We will also discuss the control of defect levels via oxygen partial pressure and its impact on electron transport properties.
