Indoor photovoltaics(IPV) is one of the promising methods for energy harvesting. Se has been known as a promising semiconductor material for IPV applications. In this study, Se photovoltaics with sol-gel n-TiO2 and sputter-deposited TiO2 window layers were fabricated, and their film characteristics and device performances were compared. Post-treatment effects will also be discussed.
