We will present results from the fabrication of (Eu,Nd)NiO3 solid solution thin films using pulsed laser deposition and the measurement of ionic conductivity via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of (Eu,Nd)NiO3 thin films. This work aims to systematically and significantly control the metal-insulator transition temperature and ionic conductivity by mixing rare earth ions with vastly differing radii.
