In recent years, spatial light multiplexing using polarization vortices has gained attention, with the polarization topological charge lp and initial polarization azimuth γ serving as multiplexing parameters. We have previously proposed a cross-hybrid polarization hologram (CHPH) capable of simultaneously separating lp and γ. In this study, we combined the CHPH with a multicore fiber to construct a polarization vortex mode spectrum measurement device that couples diffracted light into each core for simultaneous intensity measurement.
