The purpose of this study is to develop a method for optically controlling the spatial position of liquid crystal microparticles dispersed in a liquid using optical tweezers. Here, we found induction phenomena of liquid crystal droplets suspending in a liquid inside a glass cell due to focused laser beam irradiation. Furthermore, we investigated the two-dimensional alignment by optical trapping of multiple liquid crystal droplets induced onto a glass substrate surface.
