Recently, Mie-void resonance, which is excited in void nanostructures fabiricated on surfaces of high-refractive-index materials, attracts increasing attentions because it provides new directions of metaphotonics. Here we report that photoluminesence from chiral void structures fabricated on a silicon substrate by reactive ion etching showes different intensities between the excitations by left- and right-handed circularly polarized lasers (CPL). The difference spectrum was found to have a correlation with difference spectrum in near-field intensities in the voids between left- and right-handed CPLs.
