本研究では、トポロジカル結晶絶縁体である SnTe に着目し、ヨウ化アルキル添加剤を用いた溶液合成法による SnTe ナノ粒子の形状制御を検討した。1-ヨードドデカンを添加した Hot-injection 法により、単結晶 SnTe ナノロッドの形成に成功した。加えて、添加剤量や前駆体モル比などの合成条件が粒子形態に与える影響について報告する。
