A real-time patient dosimeter is required to prevent radiation-related tissue damage in patients during interventional radiology (IVR). In this study, we constructed a dosimetry system using a spherical small Si semiconductor device (SphelarOne™, Sphelar Power Corporation, KSP-OC-1830MR-ER-X03) and investigated the angular dependence and miscellaneous on fluoroscopic images. Good results were obtained.
