Nanometer to micrometer scale diamonds containing nitrogen-vacancy centers have attracted as promising platforms for local temperature sensing in biological environments and device applications. However, conventional approaches based on singlephoton-excited fluorescence under continuous-wave green laser illumination are limited in sensitivity and excitation wavelength. In this study, we investigated the temperature dependence of multiphoton-excited fluorescence using a near-infrared femtosecond laser and assessed the temperature sensing accuracy.
