At Product Analysis Center, we have developed Digital Human technology—a method for quantifying physical and mental states—while providing usability evaluations for home appliances and residential equipment. This technology offers an approach to complement or replace traditional questionnaire-based evaluations. In this presentation, I will introduce our efforts to apply this technology to counseling, share the results and challenges we encountered, and outline future prospects.
