High-speed spatial light modulators with GHz bandwidths are essential for emerging applications such as high-density optical interconnects, large-scale optical computing, and ultrafast beam shaping. Building on our previous report in JSAP, we present an optimized metasurface modulator integrated with organic electro-optic materials and dimerized nanometallic gratings. Through device miniaturization and structural refinement, we have significantly enhanced both modulation bandwidth and efficiency.
