We evaluated the transmission characteristics of a device in which a spiral-shaped Bragg reflector (SBR) is placed around the outer perimeter of a spiral bull’s eye (SBE) structure using monochromatic light. By comparing the transmission properties of devices with and without the SBR, we observed that the transmission was enhanced by up to 31%, with a stronger enhancement observed at wavelengths near the transmission peak.
