[17p-WL2_201-4] Extremely Low-Concentration Micro-RNA Detection Employing Metasurface Fluorescence Biosensors

We conducted detection of a hot next-generation biomarker, microRNA (miRNA) on metasurface fluorescence biosensors, especially focusing on an extremely low-concentration range. As results, we successfully demonstrated ultimate sensing capability discriminating one miRNA molecule from zero, and moreover substantiated high-selectivity to detect a particular miRNA even under a condition that multi-miRNAs coexist.
