This study investigates the effect of input impedance on the evaluation of flexible piezoelectric sensors using ferroelectric liquid crystals. To suppress signal attenuation caused by charge leakage, an impedance conversion was performed using a high-input-impedance circuit. As a result, the intrinsic response of the device was successfully extracted, yielding a clear voltage signal of approximately 0.6 V. We report the efficacy of this method for high-sensitivity evaluation in biological sensing applications.
