Inverted polymer OLEDs with F8BT emitting layers were fabricated using the push-coating method to observe resistance switching phenomenon based on self-heating. We monitored surface temperature changes using an infrared thermographic camera while simultaneously performing four-terminal I-V measurements under vacuum. This approach allowed us to observe the self-heating and resistance changes during electroluminescence. We will discuss these self-heating properties and the observed resistance switching in inverted polymer OLEDs during actual operation.
