Ferrimagnetic Mn4N films are promising candidates for the magnetic layer of spin-torque nano-oscillators. Therefore, we fabricated Mn4N/Pt bilayers, in which spin-current injection via the spin Hall effect has been reported. XRD and RHEED confirmed the successful epitacial growth of c-axis-oriented Mn4N/Pt bilayers. In contrast, STEM and EDX revealed the presence of delocations and interdiffusion. The magnetic properties will also be discussed in the presentaion.
