In this study, to elucidate the growth behavior of CsPbBr3 nanoparticles induced by focused electron beam irradiation on Cs4PbBr6, focused electron beams were applied to Cs4PbBr6 crystal grains for varying durations and analyzed using Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS). The thickness maps of CsPbBr3 calculated from EELS mapping revealed distinct growth behaviors between the in-plane and thickness directions. These results indicate that controlling the formation of CsPbBr3 nanoparticles by focused electron beam irradiation requires a multifaceted evaluation that accounts for the growth dynamics in each respective direction.
