This symposium focuses on non-equilibrium materials situated between "perfectly ordered crystals" and "completely disordered amorphouses". We will explore the complex properties governed by kinetic factors—such as synthesis rates and thermal history—through the lens of "Spacetime Commutativity". By utilizing the correlation between temporal evolution and spatial distribution of atoms, we aim to establish a new scientific principle for the rational design and analysis of glass and other non-equilibrium materials.
