This session will cover research reports on energy conversion devices using compound semiconductors like III-V and CIGS, mainly focusing on solar cells. Beyond exploring new devices such as copper oxides for tandem cells and thermoradiative diodes, there will be a special commemorative lecture by a Young Scientist Presentation Award winner on the topic of ZnSnP2 epitaxial growth.
