Request to the Chairperson
Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start of your assigned session. Check in at the list of session chairs posted on the door of each venue before entering, and take your seat at the next session chair's desk by the start of the previous presentation.
Strictly adhere to the presentation times (general presentations: 7 minutes for research presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A; outstanding presentation award submissions: 10 minutes for research presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A) and strive to ensure the smooth progression of the program. Even if a presentation is canceled, please do not move the next presentation forward, but instead insert breaks as appropriate to proceed according to the schedule listed in the program. In addition, please take appropriate measures to ensure lively and meaningful discussions, and show educational consideration for student presenters (constructive comments on academically excellent points, points for improvement, etc.).
For the outstanding presentation award application presentations scheduled for the morning of September 13 (Friday), the assigned reviewers are requested to gather at the time and location notified in advance by the Outstanding Presentation Award Selection Committee.
To protect the rights and interests of presenters, photography and recording of presenters and presentation content are prohibited. Please be mindful of this.
