- Please cooperate with advance registration for participation in the meeting. Credit card payment and bank transfer are possible.
- The registration period is from Monday, April 6 to Wednesday, August 19 (for bank transfers, the deadline is Friday, August 7).
- On-site registration is planned to be by credit card payment only.
- The Academic Exchange Meeting is scheduled to be held at Hotel Metropolitan Sendai on the first day of the conference. The application period is the same as the conference registration period (tentative).
- Details will be announced through the meeting's official website and other channels.
- General Presentation Application: Applications will only be accepted via the web. Please apply through the Meeting Support System (Confit).
- Application Period: Monday, April 6, Reiwa 8 (2026), 10:00 AM to Tuesday, May 19, 5:00 PM.
- Corrections to the application content are only possible until Friday, May 22.
- Presenter (Applicant): Presentation application and presentation are limited to one per person. Eligible presenters are:Presentation submissions and presentations are limited to one topic per person. Eligible presenters include: - Regular members of this Society (including regular online members, lifetime members, and long-term members); - Student members (including student online members); - Honorary members; - International members (including international student online members); - Up to two individuals designated by representatives of sustaining members (per slot); and - One individual designated by representatives of group members. However, co-authorship as a collaborator other than the presenter is not subject to these restrictions.
- Program Organization: The organization of the general presentation program will be entrusted to the meeting secretariat. However, if there is a request for the order of presentation for a series of studies, the secretariat plans to accommodate it as much as possible. Details will be published in Issue 4 of this journal and on the meeting's official website. The general presentation program is scheduled to be published on the meeting's official website on July 1 (details regarding the publication date of the presentation abstracts will be announced on the meeting's official website after February 1).
- Presentation Time: Each presentation is scheduled for 12 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of discussion (an additional 1 minute for presenter change is planned).
- Presentation Format: General presentations will use PowerPoint, and the presenter must operate it themselves. Details on the presentation format and PowerPoint creation guidelines will be announced later.
- Presentation Categories: Please enter your 1st and 2nd choices by number. Please note that due to program organization circumstances, your preferences may not always be met.

This meeting will provide an opportunity for students and researchers aged 35 or under (born in or after 1991) to present posters with the same content as general presentations, aiming to facilitate information exchange and research collaboration among young researchers.
Outstanding presenters will be selected based on a review by judges designated by the Meeting Organizing Committee and will be honored at the Young Researchers' Exchange Event.
Details will be published in Issue 4 and on the official website.
Foreign students and foreign researchers aged 35 or under who are "Young Researchers' Association" presenters and wish to be reviewed by the "International Exchange Committee" will be eligible for the "International Poster Award" selection.
Outstanding recipients will be selected based on a review by members of the International Exchange Committee and judges designated by the Committee and will be honored at the Young Researchers' Exchange Event.
Details will be published in Issue 4 of this journal and on the meeting's official website.
This meeting will hold a corporate introduction/job hunting corner on Friday, August 28, for student participants who are considering employment, with cooperation from sponsoring companies that regularly support the society's activities, as well as food science and engineering-related companies in the Kanto region.
The time and implementation method (presentation format or individual interview format at booths) will be announced later.
The organizers are currently seeking companies that are willing to participate, so please contact the inquiry point below if you are interested.
Please note that accommodation reservations may be concentrated during the meeting period due to it falling during the summer vacation.
