兵庫教育大学大学院学校教育研究科修了。神戸市立市民福祉スポーツセンター支配人、文部科学省及びスポーツ庁障害者スポーツ振興室係長を経て現職。現在、日本パラスポーツ協会技術委員会推進部会委員、日本スポーツ協会地域スポーツクラブ育成委員会委員、愛知・名古屋アジア・アジアパラ競技大会組織委員会理事等を務める。
