【略歴】
2016年兵庫県立大学大学院経営研究科経営専門職専攻修了（ヘルスケアマネジメント修士）。2014年コミュニティ福祉学博士（立教大学）。2011年国立障害者リハビリテーション研究所障害福祉研究部流動研究員、2014年に国立保健医療科学院医療・福祉サービス研究部研究員として着任、2017年より同部主任研究官、2024年より現職。
