How should the revised Health Promotion Act be further revised?

日本公衆衛生学会タバコ対策委員会にて企画したシンポジウムです。 　2025年は改正健康増進法の全面施行から5年が経過し、見直しの時期となっています。本シンポジウムは、受動喫煙防止対策を国および各自治体で推進するための情報交換を行うことを目的として開催し、受動喫煙防止対策の推進のために必要だと考えられる様々な観点について議論します。 　 タイトル（演者・所属）は下記の通りです。 ① 受動喫煙と自由：迷惑から他者危害となった今どう考えるべきか（児玉聡・京都大学） ② 喫煙と受動喫煙の健康影響－最新研究結果の紹介（高瀬雅仁・東北大） ③ 改正健康増進法はさらにどう改正すべきか（片野田耕太・国立がん研究センター） ④ 日本公衆衛生学会における禁煙宣言と受動喫煙防止対策（松林恵介・吹田市保健所） 最後に総合討論を行います。 ※我々が作成した加熱式タバコ問題の啓発資材（ダウンロード可）も配布します。 　 　様々なリソースを有効活用してみなさんとともにタバコ対策を推進していきたいと考えております。皆さんの議論への積極的な参画を期待します。
