Changes of the feelings of the families who connect with Shimada City's Neubora system: a pediatrician’s perspective

フィンランドでは、子育て家族を支援する公的機関「ネウボラ（Neuvola）」を通じて、母子保健サービスが提供されています。ネウボラは、児童虐待を防ぐことのみならず、父母が子育てにおいて直面するさまざまな課題をサポートし、あらゆるリスクから子育て家族を守る役割を果たしています。我が国においても、フィンランドのネウボラをモデルとした母子保健活動に取り組む自治体も増えつつあります。<br>本シンポジウムでは、まず静岡県島田市の「島田市版ネウボラ」に携わっている兼岩美穂氏、古荘久実氏（保健師）、山下健一氏（小児科医）をシンポジストとして迎え、島田市での最新の成果を踏まえたディスカッションを展開します。また、長年にわたりフィンランドのネウボラ研究に携わって来られた横山美江教授（大阪公立大）が、ネウボラの特徴である「担当保健師制度」（一人の保健師が当該地域に在住するすべての家族全体への支援を継続的に行うこと）の意義について紹介します。<br>母子保健活動に携わる保健師はもちろん、看護師、養護教諭、医師をはじめとした子育て家族を支援する機会のある方、母子保健に関心のある学生はぜひご参加ください。
