R8改定に対する学会の取り組みとR10改定へ向けての課題

高齢社会、多死社会の中で緩和ケアのニーズが高まり、特に非がんの緩和ケアが重要な課題となってきている。緩和ケアの対象を拡大する上では、制度面のすり合わせや他領域の団体と歩調を合わせながら進めないと現場は混乱する。R8診療報酬改定の振り返りと関連学会の取り組みの共有を通じ、次の改定へ向けた課題を整理する。
