リハビリテーション診療ががん患者に与える心理的効果~リハビリテーション科医の立場から〜

近年、医療の進歩によりがんは「治す病」から「共に生きる病」へと変化しつつある。がんが慢性疾患としての側面をもつ時代において、問われているのは生存期間のみではなく、その人らしく生きる時間の質である。生活機能の維持・改善を支えるリハビリテーションは、身体機能の回復にとどまらず、自己効力感の再構築、不安や抑うつの軽減、社会との再接続を促すなど、心理的側面においても大きな可能性を秘めている。本セッションでは多職種の視点から最新の知見と実践を共有し、リハビリテーションががん患者にもたらす心理的価値を多角的に検討する。身体と心を統合的に支える支援の在り方を探り、今後の実践および研究の発展につなげる場としたい。
