道南地域における一般的なサイコオンコロジー普及への挑戦

緩和医療の均てん化には、各医療機関への専門職の配置とエキスパートによる体制整備が理想とされる。しかし、人口減少や医療者不足、資源の偏在が進む地域では、すべての施設での実現は困難である。この状況では、既存の人的・地域資源を活かし、施設間・職種間の連携により地域全体で診療体制を支える視点が求められる。<br>本企画では、地域・在宅ケア・特定患者集団への対応を含め、地域でネットワーク構築に取り組む医療者の実践を共有する。アウトリーチを行う看護師、地域リエゾンでサイコオンコロジーに携わる精神科医、オピオイド依存患者に対しリモートカンファレンスを用いた診療支援体制を模索する麻酔科医が報告する。<br>これらを踏まえ、限られた資源の中で緩和医療をいかに支え、診療ネットワークを構築していくかを議論するとともに、各地域で培われた実践知を共有し、その知見を他地域へ広げ、地域医療の持続可能性を高める視点について検討する。
