終末期がん患者の緩和ケアとして在宅赤血球輸血は本当に必要か？ -札幌発の最新エビデンスを添えて-

「家で過ごしたい、でも輸血ができないなら諦めるしかないのか&hellip;？」。血液腫瘍疾患や骨髄抑制を伴う小児・AYAがんの固形腫瘍患者において、輸血は貧血による倦怠感や血小板減少による出血症状をコントロールし、最期まで自分らしく生きるために欠かせない支持療法・緩和ケアです 。しかし、在宅輸血の実施には、血液製剤の管理や副反応対策、時間と労力の確保など、乗り越えるべき困難が存在します。<br>本シンポジウムでは、成人はもちろん、小児・AYA 世代まで含む、在宅輸血の最前線に切り込みます。演者全てが血液内科医でもあり在宅医でもあるそれぞれの立場から、リスクを最小限に抑えつつ QOL を最大化するための具体的なスキーム、在宅輸血を普遍化していくための「NPO 血液在宅ねっと」の活動等をご紹介頂きます。在宅輸血を「特別な処置」から「地域で支える標準的な緩和ケア」へと進化させるために、明日からの臨床に直結する知恵と情熱を分かち合いましょう。
