災害時におけるがん患者の医療・ケア支援の課題と示唆―東日本大震災の経験から―

大規模災害発生時、緩和ケアを必要とする患者と家族は、医療資源の極端な制約下で心身ともに深刻な影響を受ける。本セッションでは、3 名の演者の先生をお招きし、地域 BCP（事業継続計画）を基盤とした多職種連携のあり方について深く議論する。<br>緩和ケアのそれぞれの現場において、限られた資機材や医薬品をいかに効率的に運用し、患者の苦痛緩和と生活の尊厳を守り抜くか。各現場の最前線で活動される先生方から、具体的な実践例と直面した課題を共有いただく。<br>災害という極限状況下では、医療機関同士の枠組みを超えた情報の共有と、迅速な意思決定が不可欠である。平時からのネットワーク構築や、有事におけるトリアージと緩和ケアの両立など、今後の地域防災における体制の在り方を多角的に考察する。地域全体で「最期まで支える」仕組みをどう維持し、強化していくか。参加者と共に、強靭な緩和ケア提供体制の構築に向けた道筋を考えたい。
