総合病院における公認心理師へのニーズと多職種協働の工夫

緩和医療はチーム医療が基本とされており、医師・看護師・薬剤師以外の職種も多数いる。ただ、人数はかなり少なく、その中でさらに緩和医療を得意とするスタッフはより少ない。<br>緩和医療を必要とする患者のニーズは、医師や看護師だけでは担えないものがある。単なる治療をするという行為だけでなく、包括的にとらえることが求められている中で、その他の職種は少人数ではあるが、必要不可欠な人材である。そして、その人材や技術が向上することにより、より患者のニーズが満たされ、治療だけでなく生活人としての人を支えることができると考える。<br>リハビリテーションスタッフや管理栄養士、MSW、心理士だけでなく、宗教家など、現場で一人奮闘している人も多い。この企画を通じ、様々な希少職種がどのように役に立っているのかを知ってもらい、また緩和医療の中でどのようにその力を広げ、活用していくのかを考える。
