がん疼痛ガイドライン改訂：鎮痛補助薬におけるエビデンスの偏在と臨床的解釈の課題

現在、本学会では「がん疼痛の薬物療法に関するガイドライン」の改訂作業を進めている。今回の改訂では、背景知識や CQ の枠組みは維持しつつ、システマティックレビューにより近年のエビデンスを追加し、その内容を踏まえて必要に応じて推奨文の見直しを行っている。本セッションではその最新情報として、推奨の方向性や強さに変更が見込まれる CQ を中心に、推奨変更には至らない可能性があるものの、新たな知見の蓄積により再検討を要したCQ についても紹介し、改訂における議論の実際を解説する。エビデンスと臨床現場の実情との狭間でパネリストが直面している葛藤や、推奨の根拠となる議論の背景を共有し、参加者の理解を深め、がん疼痛診療を考える一助となることを目指したい。
