進行がん患者の食を支え、こころも支える；リエゾン精神看護の立場から

進行がん患者にとって「食べること」は、単なる栄養補給にとどまらず、生きる力や生活の質、さらには家族との関係性を支える重要な営みである。しかし、病状の進行や治療に伴い、腹水貯留、消化管閉塞、嚥下障害など多様な要因によって食事摂取が困難となることが少なくない。また、がん悪液質（カヘキシア）により、食欲不振や代謝異常、体重減少・筋肉量低下が進行し、十分な摂取があっても栄養状態の改善が得られにくいという課題もある。本セッションでは、進行がん患者の「食」を支えるという視点から、カヘキシアを含む関連症状の緩和とその実践について、多職種連携による具体的な支援や工夫を共有し、臨床現場におけるより良い支援の在り方を検討する。
