Multi-faceted networks of aging signals and metabolic stresses are involved in diverse disease molecular pathophysiology, confounding cellular aging as well as organ and individual aging. The development of organ-to-cell/cell interaction analysis and data science using single cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis, coupled with the progress of highly sensitive proteomics and multi-omics analysis, has made it possible to understand underlying mechanisms and regulatory systems from multiple perspectives.In this symposium, under the theme of "Disease Molecular Biology Unraveling Life-Aging-Disease-Death," we will introduce pioneering research that has opened up new perspectives. We hope to deepen our discussion on future developments and possibilities.<br>
