Exploring the Mechanisms of Multicellular Dynamics through Super-Resolution Live Imaging

ー Molecular Concerts Weaving the Shape of Living Systems ー
Morphogenesis during development arises from the coordinated movements of cells, driven by the underlying dynamics of molecular interactions. In this talk, I will present our recent work visualizing and analyzing collective cell migration within living Drosophila tissues using super-resolution live imaging. By tracing cooperative dynamics across molecular to multicellular scales, we seek to approach a fundamental question in developmental biology: how cells move together to shape living systems — as revealed through the act of observation itself.
Zeiss introduces the new LSM990 confocal microscope, featuring Lightfield 4D imaging that redefines 3D imaging, the latest super-resolution imaging, ultra-multicolor imaging with over 13 colors, and molecular dynamics analysis—all in one comprehensive solution.
