カーボンニュートラルへ向けた活動が加速する中、石炭等の炭化水素エネルギー資源の開発や利用が岐路に立たされている。一方で、今後も増加が見込まれている世界的なエネルギー需要の増加に対応するためには石炭等の開発・利用が不可欠である。本企画講演では、炭化水素エネルギー資源の開発・利用に関する最新の動向についてご講演いただき、カーボンニュートラルを目指した炭化水素エネルギー資源の開発・利用のあり方について議論する。
