[2LS-07]Real-time Intravital Microscopy for Dynamic Visualization of Neurovascular Unit in Cerebrovascular Diseases Models

Fri. Jul 25, 2025 12:00 PM - 12:50 PM JST
Fri. Jul 25, 2025 3:00 AM - 3:50 AM UTC
Room 7 (302B)
moderator: Masahiro Adachi (NEURO SCIENCE, inc.)
Co-sponsored by IVIM Technology. Inc
In this seminar, we invite a researcher collaborating with engineering experts to develop fluorescence detection devices tailored for use in freely behaving animals. The speaker will present the latest findings and provide insights into the future of fluorescence imaging technologies. This session aims to foster discussion on emerging applications and the future directions of fluorescence-based measurement in systems neuroscience first.
after then, we will introduce IVIM Technology’s ultrafast multiphoton/confocal IVM platform (IVM-C3/M3/CM3/MS3/CMS3/Customized) and its application in preclinical models of cerebrovascular disorders. We will highlight representative imaging results that reveal NVU dynamics and discuss how this platform is used to validate therapeutic targets, evaluate drug mechanisms (MOA), and support Proof of Concept (PoC) studies in neuroscience and neurovascular research."
