[WD3-4] Proposal of nano-pixel waveguide using photonic-crystal quasi-side-wall

Nano-pixel waveguide using photonic-crystal quasi-side-wall is proposed for the first time. The simulated results show similar splitting performance with regular one with low excess loss of 0.4 dB.
